1. COMMERCIAL COOKING - Graduates of this Qualification are competent to be a:
- Commis 1, 2, or 3
- Pastry Cook / Baker
- Hot Kitchen Cook
- Cold Kitchen Cook / Chef Garde manger
- Sauce Chef / Saucier
2. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES - Graduates of this Qualification are competent to be a:
- Waitress (Chef de Rang / Demi Chef de Rang)
- Food Attendant
- Food Server
3. BAKING/PASTRY PRODUCTION - Graduates of this Qualification are competent to be a:
- Commis 1, 2, or 3 - Pastry
- Baker / Pastry Cook
All these courses/training programs are TESDA-accredited.
